Galge Conversation System Help

    This is the first time I've ever used a script so I'm quite confused. I'm having a bit of an issue as the speech bubble graphic won't appear, the windowskin colour doesn't work and the 'inactive' pictures won't tint during the conversation. The right switches are on, the picture/facefile/system pics are in the right place and I just can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. It looks exactly the same as it does in the demo, except the demo works and mine doesn't.
