That is a great gap to fill. That monster has always looked more interesting than some of them, but without an SV battler he wasn't much use. I feel sure that we'll be seeing him in a number of games now.

Advent Calendar Day 24
I can hardly believe it but at long last it is day 24 of the Advent Calendar. First off, let me give a big thanks out there to everyone who followed my thread, gave me feedback and words of encouragement. The community on this forum never ceases to amaze me.
I also want to give a special thank you to @Avery. Avery has done an Advent Calendars for years and was a true inspiration for me to even attempt something like this.
For the final day in the Advent Calendar I have a bunch of Goblin Sprites that I created, along with the Base for the Goblin so others can add their own clothing and other designs to make a multitude of unique goblins for their games.

Goblin 02:

I guess that's it, I hope everyone has enjoyed the Advent Calendar and that you all have a fun and safe holiday.
Merry Christmas Everyone!!!! -
Congratulations on completing your first Advent Calendar. It's been a great pleasure to see what you produced each day. I can only imagine how much time and energy this took, but from the point of view of a user : it was definitely worth it. I hope you found it worthwhile too.
Thank you. -
Thank you for your hard work, @GalacticGod. Have a happy holiday!

Thanks for the wonderful advent! :D

Congratulations on finishing your calendar!
My favourite parts were all the RTP matching things which should be no surprise, and I am especially happy that you did SV battlers for some of the monsters as well, as I know how much work those can be!
The tilesets are lovely as well! -
Thank you @Avery I just wish I would have started working on it a lot earlier. I had to break apart stuff that I would have liked to all go up on one day to make sure I had enough resources to spread across all 24 days. Other than that it was a really great experience. I also wanted to thank you for inspiring me to actually give this a try, I don't know how you do so much for the community but thank you for all that you do, it is always appreciated.Congratulations on finishing your calendar!

Thank you for putting together such a wonderful Advent, Galacticgod. It was a delight to see what you came up with :)

Advent Calendar Day 1
Happy Holidays Everyone!
Welcome to the first day of the 2023 Advent Calendar. Christmas holds a truly special place in my heart. It's a time of year that we can all celebrate the things that truly matter.
The spirit of giving also resonates deeply with me during Christmas and although I have never really considered myself all that great at creating resources, (I am more of an editor really), I do enjoy the process, and am inspired by those who every year release an Advent Calendar.
With all that said, I hope there are those who can find some use for the resources I have made and I hope everyone has a blessed holiday season!
I'm starting off the Adent with an SV Battler of the MZ Monster_7. Ever since I first saw the character sprite of this monster, I knew I wanted to use him as a major villain in my game. I went about trying to create an SV Battler using the full body image as a base. It was sized to match the other sprites I was using. In my game I don't have this character perform a physical attack so originally I didn't animate one but I figure I should have at least one physical attack if I am going to release this to the public so I created and included it in the sprite sheet. For the physical attack motion wave, I used part of one of Vibratos attack waves and edited it to match, so please remember to include him in the credits. Personally I think he works better just casting spells at the party but to each their own.
I included one sheet with the shadows, (I've always felt floating characters work better with the shadows included), and one sprite sheet without for those who wish to have it either way.

Woah. Well. That’s cool. Ooooeee!
-
That Wraith King looks so cool as a battler. Wonderful job :D
-
Amazing work. It's really incredible seeing the Wraith King animated as a battler like this.
-
You've done excellent work on that, and thanks for giving both with and without shadows. That really helps.
-
Awesome! - this looks great. (Thanks)
I don't comment enough as I should, but im a big fan of your stuff! -
Nice! I love how his attack animation is basically sweeping everything away with his cloak! xD
-
He turned out amazing! And having the option for one with and one without shadows is so helpful too.

Advent Calendar Day 2
Day Two of the Advent Calendar and it brings a continuation of sorts from yesterday's release. On day one I showcased an SV Battler of the MZ Monster_7 creature. That sprite was made with the intention of it being used as an enemy to the players party. But for those who were looking to have a more traditional RTP version of the MZ Monster_7, look no further!
I actually have two different versions of the Monster_7 RTP SV Battler, one with legs and one without, showcasing a more floating style to its sprite.
MZ_Monster_7 (RTP Style) - Floating
MZ_Monster_7 (RTP Style) - With Legs

Considering how hard and time consuming SV battlers are, thank you so much for making these :wub
