I'm impressed with the quality of that battler. Congratulations on a flying start to your Advent Calender.

That battler is just lovely.

Advent Calendar Day 2
I've always loved the game Chrono Trigger, and how the character sprites in showed so much emotion. Thus, I love having the sprites in my game show similar types of emotions. Lucky for me, @whtdragon already has a bunch of templates one can use for their sprites. So when it came time to create the matching sprite to go along with yesterdays SV Battler; I gave it the full, Chrono Trigger, treatment and edited up a bunch of emotion sprites to go along with it.

I love emotionsets! I too have played, but yet to finish, Chrono Trigger. When I get around to creating my sprite emotionsets I hope they look as good as this. Excellent job here!

A more than worthy entry into the Calendar universe. Lovely piece of work.

Advent Calendar Day 3
I've never really edited a full tile sheet together before; so for my first attempt, I thought I would give it a try for the Advent Calendar. Basically, I've put together a sheet for a Sea Port/Fisherman's Dock type of place. I figure, I can't learn how to do it unless I give it a try. So here it is:
-
Awesome! If only Monster_3 had some emotion facesets...
-
There's a lot of work gone into that. It's quite an achievement for your first time; well done.
-
It's always good to have crates and barrels full of different things. In this case, lobster and champagne! I'll be visiting this seaport soon.

Advent Calendar Day 4
As some of you might know, I have a Marvel thread over in the MV Forums and I have been saving up a few different sprites that I would normally publish over there for the Advent Calendar. Up first is a character sprite sheet of Blackbolt from the Inhumans. This character recently appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe early this year in the, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, movie.

I will have a matching SV Battler for Blackbolt (in the traditional RTP style) up for tomorrows Advent release. -
I really like that tileset. Some of that is immediately usable for a port town I have going on

Advent Calendar Day 5
And here we have it; the SV Battler to go along with yesterdays Character Sprite Sheet of Blackbolt.

I know they're an extra level of work, but for many games having an SV Battler is what makes a new character usable
I'm still hoping that some day you might be inspired to revisit your Next Generation sprites. -
Simply this.but for many games having an SV Battler is what makes a new character usable
-
Yeah. I totally get it for forum members creating their own stuff, I know it's more than double the work - but I do not get the point of some of the paid DLC packs that only have characters with no SV spritesheet. They've immediately cut how many people might spend money on that product by so much.Simply this.
-
i love fish markets! great set, thanks so much for sharing!!
-
*flips through her calendar folder and smiles mysteriously*having an SV Battler is what makes a new character
Great work, I am amazed by the sheer volume you hand out everyday :o
Makes me really excited for what's to come! -
Couldn't agree more. That's one of the many reasons for supporting Members who, as you put it, go the extra mile. They've immediately cut how many people might spend money on that product by so much.

The fish port is amazing. I adore all the little fish and fish in barrels, and fish stalls. So cute!
