Free tilesets that are available for commercial use

We are planning on making a psychological horror adventure RPG. Are there any tile sets we can use that are free for commercial use.

grandmadeb is the user who collected the resource lists, and those contain resources that are free for commercial use, as well as those that are not (although sometimes, the price for commercial use is only a copy of the game).
