Finalizing Game

    Hello! So i'm finalizing my game and I want to encrypt the data to where you can just play the game and not look into files like graphics, audio, system, and other folders like that. I did click create encrypted archive but it didn't seem like that did anything, I can still see the files. So how do I go about doing this?

    RPG Maker does not encrypt the audio or graphics files. I think there might be a script or two you can use if you want those encrypted, but will have to check around to find them.

    You specify where you want to place the encrypted game. And why would you want to encrypt the folder you're working in? That would just ruin the game and you wouldn't be able to edit the game if you'd find a little bug or so that you want to fix.

    Oh okay, I guess it's really not that huge a deal anyway.

    You can encrypt it. Goto File> Compress Game Data.
