Far From Over

Far From Over is the story of four children, who know each other online, in the modern day world. They're all kinda dorks, clearly, and don't typically interact with the outside world too much. Also clearly, they become heroes, but of course they don't know that yet and you've yet to see it! Oops! Spoilers!

A new game, FateBreak, is about to be released and the kids are all over it like honey on flies. Yes, that's EXACTLY how that metaphor should be, have no fear! FB happens to be an AR function game, or Augmented Reality. Upon beginning their session as a party, the world is plunged into chaos, soon to be destroyed by unknown forces. They must use the abilities they gain from the game to save the world from destruction.

Game play will consist of the player taking control of four main characters, traversing an expansive world full of all kinds of interesting interactions and monsters. They'll also be stupid goofballs, so be prepared to have your hands full dealing with their crap. Boss battles will NOT be pushovers, at all.

Far From Over is (planned) to be an innovative Action-Adventure Role Playing Game, featuring a variety of unique mechanics, listed somewhere below for your convenience. It is currently in a "Pre-Alpha" phase, where the creator (Just a single person) is focusing on getting the core of the game play set up. Once the beta phase is reached (aka the game is finished), the graphics will be worked on, and music and sounds may change drastically before the final build is completed.

Far From Over was originally begun on September 7th, 2014. The game is approximately around 1.5% done. It is being made solely by a 18 year old in college, trying to obtain a degree in Game Design, while also juggling a job AND a YouTube career.

-Path Generation (The player can use resources to build over empty space, lava, water, etc.!)

-Ridiculously huge crafting system (By the end of the project, total item combinations should number well into the thousands!)
