Excuse me but does anyone knows how to use this tiles or how to get even close to one shown in the picture below. In the description it says that it is already formatted but does not look that way. It also has parallax but dont know how to use that. Any help ,Thank you. Sorry for my poor English.

Hi there! Creator here. The pack contains the buildings you see in the screenshot. All you have to do is arrange them yourself.

It works best when you use the method parallax mapping - meaning, creating the map in an image editing software such as Photoshop or GIMP. Then you can place buildings anywhere you'd like, overlapping them as well.

Look up some tutorials on how to do parallax mapping in MV!
