Falcoa Pearl ABS Actor + Weapon animations

  1. Right now when I use a bow and fire it, a graphic of a bow appears and proceeds to shoot a projectile graphic. I would like to change the actor graphic to another graphic of him drawing back the bow in a shooting stance when I press the attack key and then reverting back to normal once it is released. I would also like to use this same approach for shooting a firearm, swinging a melee weapon, etc. Basically I need specific actor animations assigned to specific weapons. I think this can be obtained by the use of switches but... I suck. I don't know a whole lot so the more detail the better. Help me make the greatest RPG Maker game the world has ever seen. Thanks.

  3. They do, but it takes time (a lot of time actually). For what you requested you would need the sprites to do the animation, as well as the script to make it work, which (especially with Falco's system) will take a *long* time to make it happen.

    Personally I don't work with Falco, I'm just posting based on what I've seen here on the forums. Still, don't be surprised if it takes 1 - 2 months to get a request filled (minimum), most of us work full time too or have school full time, and scripts take a long time to write (and edit).
  4. I do have the sprites and I don't really expect anyone to do it, I was just wondering if I was completely wasting my time. BUT THERE IS HOPE! Thanks for the reply.
