Extra LIfe 2014

Since Extra LIfe 2014 is this weekend thought I'd start up a topic.

For those of you who don't know what Extra Life is - 

It's a charity gaming event where you raise money for a children's hospital of your choice. You play games for 24 hours and and have people sponsor you via donations. ALL donations go to the hospital of your choice.

Extra Life is an event I take part of proudly every year and I donate to a hospital that has taken care of me before. So join me and the thousands of other gamers in this great event!

I'll try and catch as much of your stream as I can and shout out encouragement and probably some bad jokes too. If I had better health and thought I could stay awake for 24hours without needing a weeks bed-rest after I'd love to participate myself - perhaps another time. Instead I'll be in cheerleader mode to you and anyone else participating.

I'm just too busy this year to do it again. Also, I felt like I was boring people to death. If I do it again at some point, I'm not going to restrict myself like I did last year.

I'll probably bounce around different streams depending on how busy I am to hang out.

I plan on doing a stream tonight to get some practice in before the long one Saturday. The first game I plan to play is Alien: Isolation! Watch me get impaled, mauled and eaten as I continually fail to evade the ever present Xenomorph.

Although at the moment I can't seem to get to any twitch site to 100% verify it.

So they are either fixing something or I accidently blocked something on my work firewall that I didn't want to.

Just looking at the general statistics most of the RM people who have streamed have met their goals!!!!
