Event images not disappearing

So I got this captain guy
He disappears perfectly fine but I don't know how to make the two other soldiers disappear.
It seems the Control self switch doesn't work cross events so how do I make them disappear?

Self switches are local to every events. They aren't shared, hence the name "self switch". If you want to make others disappear you have 2 options:
1) Activate a switch and make the other events disappear when the switch is on (new event page with that switch as a condition).
2) Set a move route for the other events and set Transparency to ON. Note that will not make the event disappear, but it will only make it invisible. Method 1 is the preferred way to do it.
