End Cutscene and strat a new event/ quest

hi, i am having a problem as i created an intro cutscene, so what the problems is that i transfer my player to another map (where the player is usable) and on the map i cannot access to another event?? Im not much of expert , just been week working on Rpg maker XP ... Please need help , in easy language ... Thnk U
