Dumb Stats Mechanic Question

Hey, I was going through and making my own states and I was wondering, if the state increases attack would you do the following: ATK * 145% or ATK * 45% to increase it? Something tells me that if you're multiplying them that the end result is what is used as the attack power. I hope this isn't too dumb of a question cause right now its 12:10 and I'm very tired so I'm not sure if its the lack of thought power or just me being dumb in general that stops me from reaching a verdict. lol. thanks for the help y'all.

Since it's a multiplier, you'll need to do ATK * 145%. It will literally multiply ATK by whatever percentage you set, so if you do ATK * 45%, it will actually lower ATK by 55%. Some parameters, like CRI, however, you'll see it does + %, so in those cases, you'll do however much you want to add.
