DS resource dlc question.

I recently purchased the DS resource pack for Vx Ace and am pretty impressed with all the files but there is one file that i don't quite understand. Is there a specific thing im supposed to do with the [extra] file. I see that its to make characters but i don't see a way to put the items together and i haven't seen a way to import them into the VX character generator, or this something to do with the character hub program? Thanks for any help with this and great resource btw

Neither, it is a completely different third program.
Doubleclick on the jar file to open that program, that is all you have to do - if the program doesn't start, you need to update your java version

thanks installed all the rpg maker stuff on a new computer so it needed java. This program looks really familiar to me but i think the files of the head are out of order.
