Draw window

Hiya! I need a plugin to draw a window to display text inside, while the player is still able to move and be able to move the window with x, y and remove the window with a script call or whatever.

I cannot seem to find anything like this.
I'm using Yanfly's gab window for "random gabs", unfortunately, this wont work in this specific case. I basically need a normal message window that still allows the player to move, display different text depending on the situation, and a script call to remove it.
