dont know if this would be a script or not

ok i was wondering i have a certain music file for my end game boss but i cant assign it to him how would i do so and if a script is involved where would i put the script aswell what script would it be and where to get it thank you :D

This can be handled in database and in events.

There should be a command in the first or second page of the event dialogue box, in the musics and sound effects section to "change battle bgm" or something like that. You can use that to change the music before a battle, just be sure to set it back after you're done. I'd check exactly where it is in the dialogue, but I'm on Linux right now. I'm pretty sure it's on the second page, near the bottom right of the box. Hope that helps.

oh ok levi how would i go about doing that? im trying to get it to where when im in battle with the boss only so i dont have to go back and change it all the time

You don't have to change it back "every time", just each time you want to change the battle music. It's literally just 2 extra steps.... Just use "Change Battle BGM" before the battle to change it to the boss music, and then use it again after the battle to change it back. And I'm on my windows machine now so I can check. It's on page 3 in the event dialogue window, the first option in the "System Settings" category.
