Dollhouse (Horror with some feels)

I'm new to this forum so apologies if I don't know how to properly organize this...

My brother and I have had this idea to make a horror game for a while. While to we're pretty incompetent on how to go about that, we are, however, prepared to offer our skills and a plot to make an RPG.

We're not really sure what exactly what type of people we need to get this idea into a game so anyone and everyone would be appreciated!

Sound like an interesting premise. If I was any good at gameplay I would help. I'd be willing to help out with some mapping for you. I enjoy mapping.

That would be excellent! Mapping is where we got stuck when we tried to do it ourselves!

I don't have a huge amount of time to map, but if you check out http://www.mediafire.com/download/7q763imwkjsqqpg/Ghost_House.exe, you can see what my interior mapping is like. You don't have to play the game. after the opening cutscene the house (to the north) is pretty  explorable. It's the fastest way I can think for you to see my interior maps lol.

What engine are you using? xp, Ace or VX. I have xp and ace, but haven't got vx on this computer so can't use it at the moment.

Take you time if needed! I don't really intend for this to be a time gobbling commitment. Just kind of something to do casually  but still making sure to make progress.

I have Ace but I just need to reinstall it orz Ace is now installed hurrah!

By the by what my bro and I plan on contributing to this project is art work while I'll also be doing writing/dialogue/ whatever need be written creatively.

My brother wants to know who the sprite maker was for Ghost House since those look really nice as well.

If you need an eventer or writer,I can do both.PM me if interested.

lol... yeah, that was a last miniute fix because I didn't have the chnce to change the maps before the end of the holloween contest. lol.

Well, if you let me know what sorts of rooms or whatever you might need I'll see what I can come up with for you. I can't promise speedy (thought when I get into mapping I can be pretty fast).

The prites were a mix of vxace and DS+ dlc. I edited the sprites for Carla and Dorothy slightly.

Curses to time crunching! You won't have to worry about that with this project since I want to make this as great a game as possible! Somewhere up there with Mad Father and The Witch's House :D

Golly, there will be a lot of rooms in this game XD As of now I would say that the basement would be priority. All I have to say is dark and creepy. Other than that feel free to be as creative as you wish^^ If you would like more guidance with it then feel free to ask :3

Ah! Thank you for that knowledge! If you could assist with sprites that's be great too! I want everyone to be able to have a say and opinion about everything^^
