Does anyone know if these resources can be used commercially?

Hi everyone,

But I'm not sure if I'm blind or if it just doesn't state whether they can be used in a commercial project.

Does anyone know if they can be used?

He doesn't state anything about commercial use, so you'll have to get an account there and PM the artist.


That said, there are some things that can be said.


1) The artist stated that part of the work is RTP-edits. Since the topic is listed under VX, that probably means they're VX-RTP-Edits.


And that means you have to own VX as well as Ace before you can use those resources legally (no matter if commercial or not - even a non-commercial use is prohibited by the EULA unless you own both the Maker where the RTP comes from and the Maker where you want it to use.


2) he claimed to have used other images as bases for the work, so you'll need to check both the artist and his/her source for commercial rights.
