Do I need to re-activate after uninstalling?

I just re-installed RPG Maker MV earlier and was wondering if I need to re-activate it somewhere? And if so, where and how do I do that?

Depends on how you did the reinstalling, but if you need you would be prompted for it.
If you don't get a prompt then the program has detected the old activation sequence.

Only if you used special programs to remove even registry data that is not removed by regular uninstall you would need a reactivation, and if that is the case the process would prevent you from using the program before activation (or switch you to the trial instead)
