Do I need to buy separate DLC licenses for my 7 year old using same computer?

I'm writing a video game and occasionally my 7 year old daughter will want to create a dungeon or overworld for the game I am creating. Since we are using the same computer and often she is sitting on my lap while she is doing this, do I need to buy additional copies of the DLCs that I have purchased (currently all through Steam, but may buy from this site in the future)? I only ask because I see some of the DLC EULAs state "In cases of team projects, all members of the team must own their own copy of the pack.". Right now I have restricted my 7 year old to the tile sets that come with RPG Maker MV, but I would really like to let her use some of the DLC assets such as FSM and Elemental Dungeon tile sets.

Is she publishing or something? If she only has fun with the program, I don't see why she couldn't use the DLC you've purchased. Besides, I'm pretty sure that if she uses the same computer and the same account, there wouldn't be any problem. Technically she is using your RPG Maker account, so there are no problems.

Yes, same computer, same steam account, but I will likely include some of her work in my game (her towns and dungeons seem to be of better quality than my own...)

Then you don't have anything to worry about. You can let her play with the DLCs.

The T&C, when referring to team members, usually assumes they are living in different locations, using different computers.

If you have the resources installed on only one computer, than anyone who uses that program on that computer is allowed to use those resources. They would of course not be able to copy those resources off that computer, take them back to their own, and use them there, for their own projects.
