Different assets?

Hi!

I have already VX Ace for its assets and am working with MV.
My question is, if it is worth to get VX for the assets (graphics/audios) or if they are the same as in VX Ace.

iirc cliff from VX RTP is different than VXA, but I personally not quite like that cliff tileset. And VX bgm use MIDI. So only those two assets you would get from getting VX. Rest are pretty much same. Not worth.

Yes, worth it. Not for the RTP, mind you, but there's a lot of free resources by Japanese artists that you can only use if you own VX.
You can wait to get it on sale though.

They have made an exception for this; VX and Vx Ace resources can be used as long as you own either one.

It's been a while, but they expanded it to everything!

@Celianna I think it might help to clarify what you said about it being to 'everything'. I am assuming that this refers to any Degica released pack, but for each individual artist, e.g. the many Japanese ones, their Terms are what determine this, and many say VX. Do you mean that now even their resources can be used if you only own Ace?

VX RTP can be mixed with VX Ace RTP and vice versa.

I do not think it applies to using them in MV when you don't own that RTP, but only for VX/VX Ace users themselves.
