Dialogue above event's head

I'd like to have my event dialogue above the character's head instead of the traditional text system.

Here's an example of that I want:


 

Is this possible without the use of a script?

If not, what would be a good script to use? The ones I found aren't exactly what I'm looking for.

Have you searched the master script list? Pretty sure there are some there that do this, but I'm on my phone right now, so I'm not gonna look at the moment.

I've skimmed through it but I didn't find anything that caught my eye.

Maybe I'll have to find one that's customizable and try and configure it with my own graphics..

There's the Lune Message System that does that.
