  1. I used the database limit breaker script and I can now have 1500 items. But I honestly don't think that's enough. Is it possible to have even more items?
  2. I don't know if you can further expand it, but I would suggest rethinking having over 1500 items.

If you have this many people will easily forget what they do and besides I cannot imagine a game with more than 1500 items other than armor / weapons...

    Terraria
  4. I am pretty sure The Witcher2 and Skyrim have over 1500 items. In my game, I have for example Gemcutting and Jewelcrafting professions. I also have 28 gems in the game where you can make 4 different rings or necklaces with. So thats already 140 items.
  5. Thanks, Fomar! That's the script I used. I actually didn't think It was possible to just change the limits.

No - what those games have is a item randomizer that used a few dozen basic attributes to randomly mix them to different weapons.
There is NO game where the developer design and write the descriptions for thousands of different items.

And there are scripts that doe exactly the same in RM, just look on the master script list for weapon randomizer or instance items or something like that.

Terraria, it has THOUSANDS of base items, even before modifiers. The 1.2 update alone brought over 1000 new items.
