You can use all parameters in the damage formulas.
However, most of them are not actually processed as % numbers, but rather decimals.
Basically,
100% evasion rate translates to 1.
50% evasion rate translates to 0.5.
So you could do something like
(a.hit * 100) to convert the decimal back to the % number.

Extra Parameters (Default Value is 0 -> 0%)

Special Parameters (Default Value is 1 -> 100%)
