Custom Title Screen

I would like, if possible, to be able to have a Title Screen similar to this one.

Now, what I want different is that I do not want the rippling animation, I do not want the background to move.

All I want is the "New Game", "Continue" and "Shut Down" as they are shown in this script.

Please help me as I am quite new to scripts.
