Custom Map Name - Center of Screen

I am looking for someone to either a)provide a script with the following criteria, or b)modify a script to allow my criteria to happen:

I am looking for a script that takes the map name and centers it on the screen when entered,(possibly with an image behind it,) but I want it to be able to be turned on and off, in order to only do it when I want it to happen.

My goal is to have the player walk through a dungeon, then enter a map that says "Combat!" in the middle, but then be turned off via a script command so it doesn't say it again.
