Custom Character Behavior and Damage Sprites

Hello, I'm not exactly new to RPG Maker, as I've had Ace for a year or so now, but I absolutely suck at artwork of any kind. For the game I'm making, I'd like to have the custom character I've made from the built in character creator, to have custom animations like behavior(frozen, stone, thinking, etc.) and damage (lying on the ground). So far in my other games, I've gotten around this, but they have been really bad and lacking in my opinion as I need to fad the screen out for these scenes or something else cheap like that. I was just wondering if someone would be willing to make one or both of these for 2 or 3 characters( damage would be preferable, the behavior would just be a nice bonus). If anyone needs the characters sprite sheet I can post it/send it to them or whatever they require.
