  1. This was an exercise I used to do in college for GSP. We had to describe our game with only one sentence, and we had to abide by that sentence until completion.

    I'll go first.

Run the Last True Symphony: A love story--trying its absolute hardest to be an epic adventure.
  2. "A group of people who are trying to get back home"
  3. "A boy whose desire for justice accidently screws over the rest of the world."
  4. 'General Discussion' is a discussion section of the forum. It's where we look at broad themes. At the moment, I do not see how your question fulfills either of those criteria. Could you post to clarify this? Thanks.
  5. @Kes if it doesn't sound fit in "General Discussion" (as it barely has a discussion, yeah). Personally, I think it can be moved into General Lounge.
  6. Current theory-crafting project:
Cute not-cat-people seeking truth, treasure and fame from deep within the deserty depths.

No-one said I had to be serious ;)
  7. Co-ed game: "Well, THAT escalated quickly."

Solo game: "Prince trying to fit in a fairytale world with the wrong size of shoes."
  8. Current project 1 - "Imagination is your greatest asset"
Current project 2 - "Princess frees herself because the 'hero' is too busy with side-quest"
  9. A group of misfits tries to figure out why the world is so apathetic and cruel, and find who they truly are along the way.
  10. Superpowered adolescents set out to meet all sorts of characters and sights while they see what the world (and each other) has to offer.

Yeah...i'm not too big on plot making...
  11. Project 1 - Humanity history changed when aliens terraformed the Earth to live here and now we eat shapeshifters meat.

Project 2 - Guy wanted to sell some junk, ends up as a god slayer.
  12. This seems fun, almost like an elevator pitch.

Current project: Girl with psychic powers must escape a government facility.

Last project: homicidal hero cuts his way through supernatural creatures to kill a specific supernatural creature for revenge.
  13. River Lord - Young villager discovers that growing up has some consequences as everything changes.

Starshard - Young woman needs to discover just who she is in a world of myth and magic.

... I kinda like stories based on self discovery and changes.
  14. A Witches Heart : A simple villager tries to save their village from monsters, and changes their Kingdom forever.
  15. Current Project - In a world where Religion & Science go hand in hand, A boy takes on the task of ending racism.

Wow, great exercise, it sounds much simpler in 1 sentence, way better than my 12 page Google doc that basically says the same thing in 237,000 words :rswt
  16. Based upon Henley's poem, here's mine.
Bleeding Moons: "I am the master of my fate. I am the captain of my soul. Or am I?"
  17. [move]General Lounge[/move]
  18. Thanks, Kes :)

EDIT: I figured since this was game related it would belong there, but thanks for moving it to it's rightful place.
  19. The right choice can lead to the wrong outcome, and vice-versa.
  20. A key with legs and his puzzle-based, oddball journey up a mountain of schmucks.
