As far as I know, conversion would require a complete rewrite of the entire script.

RMXP and RMVXAce has very different script structure. It can't be easily converted unless you rewrite all the entire script to make it works in RMVXAce. Different script may have different way to convert. That said, please include the script you're referring to.

And it depends on the script - the more it effects the engine, the more problems there are. Scripts that only add things that have no direct effect on the engine might be relative easy to make compatible - which means that they only need a dozen hours of work to be changed.
Anything that is linked to the engine in more detail cannot be converted, it needs to be completely rewritten.
So in most cases your answer is "no, absolutely no chance". -

Please give links to the websites of the scripts you want converted, NOT a project where the scripts are included. You need to help us getting the data if you want us to answer, not placing additional blocking steps like downloading a whole project with dozens of maps to see some scripts. -
I hope this can help verify things. http://pokemonessentials.wikia.com/wiki/Downloads I'm trying to find a way of converting these scripts so anyone with RMVX Ace could use the scripts to there full advantage. Sadly I do not know how to get ahold of the creator of the scripts; so I was very hesitant about asking for help. I do apologize for being vague.

Forget it and search for a different script made for Ace - I think there is someone trying to do the same.
As said above, single and minor scripts have a chance of being convertable - anything that rewrites half the engine can never be converted but needs to be completely rewritten. -
Yes, it is possible to convert some XP scripts to Ace, as long as they don't require certain features unique to that engine (eg: map layers)

Well... thank you for verifying. If someone has a project like this and they are changing it to RMVX Ace let me know and post a link. It would be appreciated to get some progress in converting the scripts.

You should specify what you need rather than asking others to convert everything.
I've had people ask me to convert entire systems because "that's what they used before and didn't want to change", when they only need one small feature from it (which was already available through other scripts) -
I wanted to use the battle scripts as well as using the inventory scripts. I only have RMVX Ace so it is the only one I use.

as I said above, then please look for an ACE-solution. If I remember correctly, someone is slowly writing scripts to make a game similiar to Pokemon. Those scripts will work differently from the ones you linked for XP, and it might not yet be as complete as the old scripts, but they will work on Ace - conversion of such a project from XP would require (if possible at all) months of work and is far too much for simple requests.
