For the game I'm working on right now, I'm trying to create an event that players can use to have party members interact with each other, similar to the support conversations in Fire Emblem Awakening or Fates. I need to make a way for the event to add in a new option for conversations every time a new party member is added but without getting rid of the options that are already there. Is there a way to make this happen?

I'm unfamiliar with what you mean, could you provide some screen shot examples?

Of course. Since I can't seem to recreate it in RPGM, I'll pull an image from what I'm trying to replicate. What I'm trying to create is an event that when the player interacts with it, it would open a menu of displaying the names of everyone in the party at that time. They would first select one character from that list to participate in the conversation (that would be the character displayed at the top of the attached image) then another list of choices would appear with the names of all the current party members except the one that had been selected. (represented by the list of characters listed below the top on the attached image) The play could choose one of the characters from that list to converse with. Does that make any sense?
