    I commented about this on the video itself but I'll say it here too in case you didn't see it.

    I found a compatibility issue with Yanfly Battle Commands.

    Text from the party leader's command box appears to stick over other character's command boxes and the confirmation text appears in the top left corner of the battle screen.
