Chroma Key Issue

    I was working on my game and I noticed in the test area when I displayed a bust of a character and his emote in the text box, there is no Chroma Key in the picture within the game, even though there definitely is in the original picture. How do I fix this?

    Are you 100% sure the picture was saved with transparency? That seems to be the issue here.

    Are you saving it as a PNG file?

    I did not save the file, unfortunately, my artist did. What file must it be saved as, and what option must he use to make it transparent?

    If the transparency is already lost, it can't be simply regained - it needs to be restored by erasing the wrong background and changing to a transparent one.


    If the artist still has a file that includes transparency, it simply needs to be stored as PNG.


    Info: BMP and JPG, while often used for saving, do not have transparency and saving as such will always destroy the transparency.
