Is it possible to have the skill description change real time in combat based on the enemy its targeting?
Example:
Skill 1 will read "Deals medium DMG"
if you target an enemy who has state A, the skill will then read "Deals Massive DMG"
also, if you target an enemy with state B, the skill will read instead "Deals medium DMG and applies a stun"
My game has a lot of different interactions and it would be much easier for the text to reflect that rather then memorising combos.

The problem is the description of the skill will just shown before you chose your target
unless you wanna make a window for description when you choosing your target -

Right, so it would need to create another window that can read the proper modifications to spell? That could work. -
Can you not modify the skill description to tell the player that a skill does more damage if the target is affected by a particular state? I've just never heard of something as dynamic as what you're asking.

Its not the end of the world but my skills combo off each other there is 21 different interactions for most of my skills. Its not terribly complex but adding a reminder would be a nice touch. Can you not modify the skill description to tell the player that a skill does more damage if the target is affected by a particular state? Maybe there's a way you could add an informational menu about combos that you can access both in and out of battle?

Its not quiet the way I mentioned but even that would be a step up. No idea how to though.Maybe there's a way you could add an informational menu about combos that you can access both in and out of battle?
