Changing displayed pictures zoom

I want to make a health bar appear on the screen. I used display picture to display the health bar image I now want the health bar to get smaller every minute something like changing the x_zoom of the picture to make the bar look smaller I'm trying to use a script call does anyone know how to do this. Also I don't want to use any outside scripts I would rather do it myself.

You can use the Move Picture command to change many of the properties, including x-zoom. No script call needed.
