Change the game.exe icon

Hello,
is it possible to change the red dragon head icon of the game.exe/taskbar to something else, and if so, how?
I mean this:

You can use the tool called "Resource Hacker" or something like that to change it. Take note though that somehow, sometimes Windows doesnt update the icons in the folder but if you open the game.exe or transfer it to another location, you will see the updated icon
