Change "Game.exe" icon?

Previous versions of MV would not allow (legally) to change the game.exe(file created after exporting the game) icon, because it would require to "hack" into the engine's files to do so(or something like that). But since the .exe running MV games is basically a Chromium Browser, can I legally change its icon using a software?

There was actually an exception made only for changing the icon in the previous versions. So it's probably the same for MV.
