  1. Yup I've used these for my own project.  Star Raven did a great job, and she also has examples of her favorite maps that use them if you need inspiration.
  2. Nice, this will be really useful for a lot of people. Me included :p

    Thanks for sharing!
  3. One could make quite the visual feast for the eyes, if the aesthetics were matched with a full complement of graphics in a similar style.
  4. Very nice!!!!

Do you have actual photshop brushes for this?

Or do you just use the jpg image as a base and copy/paste from it. If so, do you have a layered version of the file with the individual elements on a transparent background?

(I hope im not missing anything obvious :) )

EDIT: And It was obvious - should have seen the link for the actual brushes in the deviant art page, missed it. Thanks!

    Thanks!
  5. GD,

Do you know of a reliable way to get in touch with the artist for commercial use? It looks as though they haven't been on DeviantArt in a while, I messaged them on there a week or so ago. No response :(
  6. I know that this is, like, really old but a good alternative if you like the artstyle of the OP is inkarnation:
    https://inkarnate.com/

You can download the maps you create as a PNG which means they could also be used as a tileset (with some tweaking)!
  7. two years late to the party, but this is awesome, both the OP and this Inkarnate thingamajig
