Hi there! I figured, since I've made use of the amazing resources members have contributed here, I should start sharing some of the stuff I've made, too.
I will have more to come, but right now I just have some faceset edits I've made for my game. Some are edits I made from the RTP facesets, and a couple are edits of edits others have made. (Sadly, since these edits were found via Google image search, I have no idea who to credit.)
First, the edits I made from the RTP (feel free to use these with commercial or noncommercial projects. A credit for the edit would be appreciated, but at least note me!)

Oh dang, these are actually pretty nice!
-
Thanks! I'm working on a few more of some of the other "People" characters.
-
I would really like if someone made the whole RTP facesets into emotion facesets. Hopefully this is what you are doing.
-
That is indeed the plan! I'm also seeing what I can do about making facesets for the other sprites (People7, etc).
I'm also going to aim for some animal, monster, and anthro faces. -
Love it! I can't have enough emo facesets! :)
-
Thanks! :)
-
Thanks for this. Always appreciate more emosets.

Now we have some Battlers!
I started making some battlers for monsters the RTP didn't include, but I couldn't quite match the RTP style. So, I figured, why not remake the RTP battlers in my own style? So, here's what I've done so far with those!
--PS: these battlers are available for non-commercial use! Just be sure to credit me, either as Captain Proton, or as Brian Pennington. It would also be pretty cool if you sent me a link to any projects using my battlers. If you want to use any of them for commercial projects, PM me and we'll talk.--
Edit: 9-23-15:
New battlers added to Thundering Plains.
Into the Dark Forest:
*bugs and beasties, mostly, with a few slimes--for taste.*
Gates of Alfheim:Spoiler

I was really surprised there weren't more bug monsters in the RTP. The colors are sort of muted with most of these, because I was looking for a more 'natural' look. So, palette-swaps aren't going to be terribly dramatic with these. I may upload some more saturated versions of these.

The Foam came about because I was contemplating different elemental slimes, and I realized that the Slime didn't really work as an air monster like it would as water or ice or poison, etc. So, I made a Foam to fill in that slot. The Foam would also work well in Cloud- or Candy-themed levels. The Blob could also work in sewer levels, or candy levels, if shifted into the pink range.

BEARS. RARG! And, because you can't change the hue to black or white in the Enemy tab, here's a Black Bear. The Polar Bear is in the Thundering Plains set, and the Panda Bear is in Eastern Dawn.
The Spinner is a more web/poison-type spider than the Jumper. I may upload an edit with a black widow's hourglass markings. And the Toadstool, cuz evil fungus is a must.

Bat and Rat are fairly standard, but I also made a White Rat for the Science of Evil set.

Slime and Willowisp are standard RTP remakes. The Jumper is a remake of the RTP's Spider, which struck me as more Tarantula-like.

The Hornet and Snake are remakes of RTP battlers, while the Tortoise just struck me as a neat idea.

The wolf is an absolute necessity for any quests into dark and spooky forests. The Songbird is because I thought a spellicasting bird monster would be good. And newts. Cuz newts is cool.
*enemies from the faerie realms*Dark Waters :*monsters from the murky depths*SpoilerBecause we need more fairy monsters.
Here is the Cait Sidhe, the fairy cat, along with some recolors: the Black Cait, the Calicait, Pangur Ban and the Tuxedo Cait!

Here is the Cu Sidhe, the fairy dog, and a recolor: the Barghest!

Redcap, a nasty homicidal fairy. with the graphic shrunken down like this, it's hard to see the blood stains, but they're there.

Sluagh is really sort of a bogey-faerie, and could work as some sort of night elf, maybe. Salamander and Sylph are elemental fae of Fire and Air, respectively. (Salamander looks really cool in different hue-shifts.)

Troll. Big, strong, heavy. Nuff Said. Undine, the elemental fae of Water. And Goblin. Goblin may get some armed edits soon.

This Imp is a little different because I made my Imp an elemental Ice fairy instead of a mini-demon. Gnome and Sprite are the elemental fae of Earth and Wood, respectively. The Sprite looks dern cool, I must say, with different hue-shifts.

Yes, Queen Mab is essentially the Ice Lady battler, but I made a few tweaks to her and decided to group her in with the faerie monsters, seeing as she's queen of the Winter Court. And the Pyxie is the elemental fae of Lightning.

And now we have a basic dwarf, and some armed edits: the Axeman, the Hammerer and the Runeskald.

So, now we have the basic male elf, an Elf Swordsman, and an Elf Bard. Expect more armed edits.

And here we have Titania, Queen of the Summer Court, counterpart to Queen Mab (aka, the Ice Lady.) And here is King Oberon, mediating between Titania and Mab

Here's teh basic female elf. Expect armed edits.
Eastern Dawn:Spoiler

I was really surprised there weren't more aquatic monsters, too. Just the Jellyfish and Sahagin. But here's the Axotl, Crab and Pollywog to kick things off.
The Pollywog could evolve into the Toad, and here's a Turtle (not to be confused with the Tortoise) and an Eel.

Snail, Angler and Clam, cuz why not? The Angler looks pretty creepy, i must say.

Octopus, Nautilus and Puffer. I think the first two would benefit especially from multiple attacks, and a punishment script like Yanfly's might go good with the spiky Puffer.

Seahorse and Shark, along with the remake of RTP's Jellyfish.
Catfish, Crocodiligatorthing and a goldfish. I think the Goldfish would make a good enemy to maybe drop some Gold Ore or lots of cash.

Shrimp? Sure, why not. And you have to have a horde of evil Pirahna, and why not a freaky Manta Ray--thing?

And here's a Lilyken (short for Lily-Kraken) and the Hopper. I figure the Hopper could be a more agile or "special-type" monster than the Toad, which could be more of a heavy hitter.

The Gillman is my own version of the Sahagin. We now have armed Gillmen--The Gillman Lancer and the Gillman Shaman! Someone suggested them using pirate weaponry, so that may happen in the future.
*for those levels with a decided Asian flair*Burning Sands:Spoiler

because, honestly, how could I not make a Panda battler? Wasn't sure whether Djinn should go in the Desert, Faerie or Asian set. Eventually, he ended up here. I tried to get his design to match the Ifrit character from the Monster faceset. The Mantis also seemed like a good fit for the "Asian" set, so she wound up here.
And a Cobra! Cuz snakes!
*devious desert-dwellers*Infernal Host:Spoiler
Added an Ant Monster, cuz they are kinda creepy.

Cuz you need a cactus monster, and everyone loves Eebil Kittehs.

And here we are with the RTP scorpion remake! And another cactus; this time more of a saguaro-type.

And here's the Joshua Tree battler. Seriously. Google these trees. They're freakin' insane.
*demons and their kin*Thundering Plains:Spoiler
*ancient beasts, primal warriors, lots of thud and blunder*
*9-23-15: New Battlers added!*
Bump in the Night:Spoiler

yes, these were previously posted in the Into the Dark Forest set, but I thought they suited this environment better, and will soon be joined by other primal monsters.

And here we are with a Ram monster! And the Orc army is growing, with an Orc Fighter and an Orc Wrecker! Expect more mean-greens in the future!

BEHOLD THE FACE OF EVIL.

Bunfoo and Malpaca!!
*the unquiet dead*
Science of Evil:Spoiler

Here we have La Llorona, the weeping woman in white. She would also make a decent Bean Sidhe. And the Wraith, a simple, spooky ragged-sheet ghost.

Okay, finally the Zombie battler, and now i can hide the file away on my computer because I DO NOT LIKE ZOMBIES. And Slender Man! and Shadowy Tentacle Slender Man!

And here's the creepy evil scarecrow!
*the hubris of man's intellect*
I hope you guys like these! There's a lot more to come! Suggestions are welcome, too!Spoiler

-
Really good man! I didn't know you had this in ya'!
-
Thanks, 'zuk! I've got quite a bit more planned, too. Infernal fiends, undead monstrosities, shady criminals, as well as more animals and faeries.
-
-
These are very good indeed. Well done, and thanks for sharing.
-
Fine work, Captain Proton. Thank you for contributing some very nice resources and making them available to the community!

-
Thanks, vox, thanks, ks! I'm glad you like them. ^_^
There'll be more up soon! -

Hey, folks! I got some more emosets done!
These aren't a complete list, by any means, as I've only been doing the characters I couldn't find on my own.
Also, I frankensprited a faceset for the People5 sprites. No emos yet, but at least they match the sprites a little better.Spoiler

And these are all added to the "Master List" in the OP.
