Can't walk

I created my castle in RPG maker vx ace I transfer my character at the main gate and suddenly my character cant walk
I need your help thank you

One question: can your character turn but not walk, or is both turning and walking impossible?

If you can neither turn nor walk, then you have an active autorun event preventing the player from doing anything.

If you can turn but not walk, you have a passability problem in your tileset definition. Most likely you set the first tile in the B tab to impassable, but that first B tile always has to be star on all tilesets.

You transported your character onto an impassible tile. Check your tilesets.
