Can't load POP Horror city assets

Just purchased pretty much everything out for these (MV and VX(ACE)) and am sticking with MV for now but I cannot seem to load in any assets from Horror city, but they all show up as installed on steam. Any help would be appreciated.

For Steam DLC packs, you can go to Resource Manager. There will be a DLC button on the right. That will allow you to import the files so that you can then set up a new tileset containing the POP tiles in the database. You can also access the files by navigating to the Steam folders where they are contained.

additionally, you need to define the tilesets in the database before they can be used. They will NOT automatically appear in the map window even after being imported.
