Can't find / not register RPG maker 2003 RTP

    I've download the installer and installed it but it still didn't work.
    So I've work been looking at over the web for solutions, like in RPG_RT.ini enter "FullPackageFlag=1" didn't work (and results in an error), then I tried going in properties and switch it to opening with Windows 7 still didn't work. It just continues to said that the RTP was not found or registered.
    I can PM the game in mind if someone wants to test it, It's a old one that came out during 2012 by Capitan Obvious as a "bad game" and I had to PM him to gain access to the links to the Dropbox.
    I was really hoping to play it.

    If this was made in 2012, then it was made with the illegal version of the engine, so it is not surprising if there are problems with it.

    Only the developer can help you with this, you will have to contact them again.
