Can't find a Parallax Maps Script - any help?

Hi folks!

Unfortunately I have been unable to download Yanfly's scripts (they're just too popular).

Does anyone know where I can get hold of an easy to use Parallax script good for mapping and adjustable so I can also have options to prevent map from scrolling horizontally or vertically?
