Can you use xp maps in vxace somehow?

Like through paralax mapping and custom scripts? Just wondering since I now own it and hear it's good for maps. Thanks.

Yes, you can do mapping in xp and then make the map into an image file through means outside the software and import it into vxace as a parallax background. 

It could be tedious to do it this way, but it is absolutely possible.

There were several VX scripts that could do this and I think there are at least two out for ace but you'd have to google for the exact link.

It involves a lot of work and precise notetags of the map and then you have to use an additional ddl file and then will have to copy the xp map data file over also.

It's a painstaking process but well worth it also.
