Can the audio used within RPG maker be used commercially?

Hi after purchasing RPGVXAce, I was wondering if it's legal to use the sounds that come with it, commercially. Is it possible? Or do I have to compose my own sounds. Another thing once the first is answered. Would it be possible to use these sounds outside of RPGVXAce?

Yes, you may use the sounds commercially, no you can't use them outside of RPG Maker products.
