Can anyone help me fix my sprite?

So yesterda, I attempted frankenspriting for the first time. It looks okay, but the movements seem choppy and um the hair, it's being weird. If anyone could help me fix it, I'd greaty appreciate that.

Ok there were a few problems with this char sprite, but I actually wanted to use it for myself so I decided to fix it up a bit, a simple background flood shows a lot of the problems, but parts of the hair were uneven so I fixed it up and made it a bit more wavey, also made the dress color more even. I enjoyed doing this so im happy to use it, tell me what you think.
