Hello i am about to buy the new bundle of humble bundle because i only own rpg maker xp, my question is, the bundle has a lot of dlcs of previous rpg makers, if i create a game in rpg maker mv can i use a dlc (of textures for example) of rpg maker xp and publish it? It is legal to publish games with previous dlcs of other rpgmakers? Sorry for my horrible english

In almost all cases it is legal. You'd need to see each individual manual.

He'll, I take resources from Ace (which I own) to use on MV'S When I can. It's too bad though that most Battlers face forward.

You can use RTP resources from one RPG Maker in another RPG Maker as long as you own.

Non-RTP DLC packs have a license with them that will tell you if you can use them in other RPG Makers. Most of them, you can, but read the license first.

@RelioXx however, be adviced that while you can legally use the resources, in a lot of cases you have to manually convert them for the new maker.
For example in RMXP the sprites had 4x4 cells, in VX following they have only 3x4 cells and you have to delete one column with an image program.
Or the formats for the audiofiles can be different and you need to use audacity or a similiar program to convert them.
