I am working on a game where the player is a bar keeper, so I need some guide in brewing/distilling. Mostly for what ingredients needs to make alcoholic drinks. Thank you.

http://morebeer.com/category/brewing-ingredients.html and www.howtobrew.com came up on a google search and seemed like they could be of help for recepies and ingredients for brewing beer. For distilling, is http://www.wikihow.com/Make-Vodka comprehensive enough?
