Blog viewable by guests not working?

I set my blog to be viewable by guests, but if I log out and try accessing the blogs section, I'm told it's not available unless logged in. Am I misunderstanding that feature and the role of guests, or is this feature not really available? I have some friends who want to read one of my dev blogs, but they don't use RPGM's themselves, so they just want to visit as unregistered guests

I probably have a site-wide setting setup that overrides user settings for guests viewing certain content, including resource forums. This was to decrease load from resource leeches and bots auto-downloading files from resource forums which increased the server load. I can look into fixing it. My hands are currently tied right now, but I'll keep this thread tab opened and look at it when my hands are free.

I can confirm that it is fixed. At least it works for me when being a guest.
