Bigger SV Sprites

How is it possible to make Sprites bigger? If i just make them bigger with Paint.net it still just recognize the Tile Size of the Original Sprite so it start to look weird.

Yeah look good so far, but how to Fix the Wrong Weapon position? Like seen in 2:45
