To enter you must make a bet on an exact date and time for which you think the contest results will be published!

An amazing prize is at stake here: everyone who has entered must review the winner's contest entry and explain why they should have won the Grand Prize instead of the actual winner!

It also seems that UTC is the same as GMT. Perhaps you should state a standard time format for the thread?

Note: Aren't some people also on daylight savings at the moment?

I was mostly joking about what UTC is. When the time comes I'll convert all the time zones to see who is closest, so it's alright not to have a standard time format. Makes it easier for the contestants. ^_^

Seems fair. It also seems that most people are going for GMT? Maybe you could state it as an recommendation in stead of a requirement.
