Battle status Script?

Hey there im looking for a battle status script that will either support a scrolling status menu when atb's fill/ the actor is active, or provides a smaller image

I can understand that some people may not know exactly what I mean so here is a picture of the problem im having



Now what i need to do is either tidy up the screen and make it smaller using a custom script or scrolling status between actors, when you delete the visible lines it is exactly as it states the lines are no longer visible and don't even show up when the actor is active this is a huge proplem :p almost as huge as this status menu which provides its own obvious issues...
